Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Your orders will be shipped via courier to your registered delivery address within 1 to 5 business days. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

Please note: All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Turkey.

Upon delivery, you may open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged (e.g. crushed, torn, opened, or wet) or if there is any unexpected issue or a faulty item, please do not accept the package. Ask the courier to document the issue and ensure the package is returned to us.

In accordance with Dutch regulations, postal and courier companies may request identification upon delivery for certain packages. This may include recording your full name and a valid identification number (such as a passport, national ID, or a comparable document). These details are securely stored and handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you refuse to provide identification when required, the delivery may not be completed and the package will be returned to the sender.

Returns:
You may return unused products within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages sent with unpaid shipping (i.e. "receiver pays") will not be accepted.
